3. General Provisions

Please review this document before registering in the application. By registering, you confirm that these Terms and Conditions apply to you. If you do not agree with these terms, do not register or use the application.

4. Registration

Registration is required to use TransitPay services. To register, select “Login”, then “Register”, and complete the registration form.

The form may request personal information such as first name, last name, and for legal entities also company name, plus email, phone number, and password. Before completing registration, the user must confirm legal age and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration may also be available through third-party identity providers (for example, Apple or Google), where supported.

By registering, the user confirms that information provided is complete and accurate, and agrees to keep account credentials confidential.

5. Service Terms

To use services, a user places a Service Order in the application.

Depending on the selected service, the user may choose:

  • country/corridor, route, and border context;
  • service type (for example insurance, road payment, parking);
  • vehicle and route details;
  • additional service options, if available.

After all required parameters are selected, the user receives available provider/service options and corresponding prices where applicable.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted in advance using available cashless methods (such as card payments and digital wallets, depending on availability).

On the payment page, the user enters required payment details. Payment confirmation and processing are performed by the relevant payment service provider.

7. Service Delivery Terms

Most services are delivered digitally through TransitPay and/or partner systems. Service completion may include issuance of a document, activation of a permit, or confirmation of payment in the relevant corridor.

If a service is successfully issued/activated according to the selected order parameters, it is considered delivered. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on service type, provider conditions, and applicable law.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel a service order only until processing/issuance of that specific service has started.

  • If an order is cancelled before processing starts, funds are refunded in full, except for non-refundable payment provider fees (if applicable).
  • If a service has already been issued/activated/delivered, refunds are not available except where required by law or in case of provider-side technical error.
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments are reviewed and, once confirmed, refunded within 5 (five) business days.
  • To request a refund, contact us at info@transitpay.net or +37441205525 and provide the order identifier.

Account cancellation does not automatically trigger refunds for already delivered/issued services. TransitPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Liability

TransitPay does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or error-free operation at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, TransitPay’s liability is limited to the value of the disputed transaction/service. TransitPay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income.

10. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy
